Tada! Yes, here's another look for my series if Halloween All Year Round! As one of my favourite styles, the army or military look has a very edgy or even very grungy feel! Using metal hardware, chunky articles of clothing and the classic dark tones of color such as the greens, browns, and blacks, I have attempted to create an outfit that inspires every girls inner kick-ass attitude to come out and say hello!

For a military look, its all about oversized, chunky items that consist of dark colours, such as the famous greens and kakis, as well as metal accents. Unlike a BAMF motorcyclist, this kind of look does not consist of many leather elements, due to the fact that army clothing was made for wear-and-tear. Leather accents did make an appearance in the accessories such as the shoes and purse, but leather jackets are not in order here because a military look is less structured than one of a motorcyclist. Cotton and softer, more comfortable materials are used because one must be confortable for a day out on the field ;)

Anyways, this outfit is considered more on the "casual" due to its more confortable, less structured appearance.

Hopefully you like! Happy Halloween!

Hello hello! Welcome! Ladies and gentleman. Alice in Wonderland!

For this years upcoming halloween, I decided to create everyday halloween outfits without the costume part. Here is my interpretation of Alice in Wonderland!

I decided to have 2 separate outfits with interchangeable accessories and shoes. The outfit on the left consists of a blue knitted jumper with a dramatic white collar. Dainty yet warm. Great for colder weather. But if you want something less heavy, I chose a cream blouse with a deck of cards pattern all over it. Sorta reminds me of the Queen of Hearts, does't it? I paired them with a dramatic pair of stripped jeans that I took inspiration from the twins in Alice in Wonderland; Tweedledee and Tweedledum. Now, for shoes, I found these adorable 'Alice' shoes that were actually designed to match Alice's personality. Perfect!

The second outfit was created for warmer weather and is more for that girly-girl type. I adore this dress so much! It reminds me of a modern day dress from the 50's; from the itty-bitty pleats in the skirt, to the fitted bodice! Anyways, i paired it with some cat slippers, taking inspiration from the famous cheshire cat, as well as a top hat from the Mad Hatter.

Using a red clutch with a heart embedded on it, you can get a little hint of the Queen of Hearts within each outfit as well! I also took the little rabbit into account and accessorized with a gold tone bunny necklace and ring.

I really do love these outfits because they do show my taste in fashion and clothing. I love dramatic colours mixed with prints! I also love reds, blues and gold tones together on one palette. It's very mesmerizing :)

Thankyou! And Happy Halloween!

So, for the second collection of clothing in my series of Halloween All Year Round, I decided to do the next one based on skeletons! Using items that you could wear everyday, I created some outfits using articles of clothing that could be found in local stores. Skeletons have always been a halloween classic, and have always been such a grand fashion statement!

Thankyou and good luck :)

I love the story of Little Red Ridding Hood, and with Halloween just around the corner, I thought, why don't I make an everyday outfit I could wear out based on one of my favourite fairy tale stories? And that's what I did. So here it is. These are some pieces that remind me of little red riding hood. I love the mysterious characteristic she plays off. Using darker colours such as black and the infamous red, I did just that. Using either the long or short black dress, shows more of an innocent or even mysterious quality that allow for the story to come to life in your wardrobe. Black shoes with gold tone accents, including the gold jewelry show class and bring a warm and modern feel to the outfit. For the purse, I chose something that was light and earthy. Something that sort of felt like a basket without the weave ;)

Enjoy to your hearts desire and let your imagination run free.
